Advance Care Planning 101
This workshop delivered is over two evenings and includes 4 keys from the workbook “7 Keys for Navigating a Life-Changing Illness”.
Dates: Mondays on 11th and 18th May 2026 (2 sessions).
Time: 6 to 8.15pm both days.

Wellbeing in Grief
Join this three part series of workshops based on Dr Lucy Hone’s model of Resilient Grieving for any kind of loss. Delivered as a lunchtime learning experience, these workshops can be taken sequentially or as a stand-alone.

These workshops are all about equipping people and organisations with practical strategies and tools that build resilience and community for better wellbeing while living and experiencing change, loss and grief at the same time.
7 Keys to Navigating Serious Illness
This weekend workshop explores all of the 7 Keys to help you to navigate a serious illness diagnosis. This is an opportunity for you to explore and discuss the practical and actionable steps to put the human back at the centre of care, to make more informed decisions, and have more choice and control in our own (or your loved ones) serious health care journey.
Dates: Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th May 2026 (2 sessions).
Time: 10am to 2.30pm both days.
Location: Online via zoom.
Cost: $300 per person.
