Meet Your Nervous System
Feeling rushed, overwhelmed, or constantly “on”? This workshop with Becky Collett offers a gentle, practical introduction to how the autonomic nervous system works and how it affects our responses to stress. Through simple experiential practices and reflection, you’ll learn to recognise your own nervous system states and explore ways to return to calm, safety and connection.
Dates: Tuesdays from 2nd June 2026 (4 weeks - no class on 16th June).
Time: 11am to noon.

Zentangle Greeting Cards
Turn Zentangle patterns into beautiful handmade greeting cards in this course with Ildica Boyd. Each week focuses on a different layout and style, helping you build a collection of patterns while creating four unique cards. A materials pack is included, and some basic Zentangle experience will be helpful.
Dates: Tuesdays from 2nd June 2026 (4 weeks).
Time: 12.30 to 2.30pm.

Population, Demographic Change and Public Health
How is the world population changing, and what does that mean for the future? This two-week course with Anne Scott explores population growth, ageing, birth rates, life expectancy and public health, including progress towards the UN Sustainable Development Goals. A timely look at the big trends shaping our world.
