eLearning tool from Safeguarding Children Initiative
Safeguarding Children Initiative (SCI) is changing the lives of children and the people who work with them - and they now have a new free eLearning tool to reach even more people.
SCI has trained over 3,500 people in the Top of the South to spot the signs of potential abuse and understand what to do if they suspect abuse. However only a limited number of people can make their seminars.
SCI's online eLearning package covers key aspects of child protection training and cost $45 per person. There are videos and other fun stuff, and a quiz at the end of each session, plus a certificate of participation when you complete it.

#dontlookaway. Get educated. Understand the signs. To do nothing is not enough. Together we can make a difference to vulnerable children.
The Safeguarding Children Initiative (SCI) is a registered charity driven by a multi-agency team, health professionals, police and an internet safety expert. Practice Lead Willow Duffy is also a member of the Core competency Framework Design Team for The Children's Action Plan, responsible for implementing the Vulnerable Children’s Act 2014.
