Accounts and Admin Support needed at Richmond Community Garden
The Richmond Community Garden and Riverlution Eco Hub are seeking an Accounts & Admin Support person to help manage the financial and administrative tasks that keep our operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone looking to make an impact while supporting the growth of our community-driven projects. Join the Riverlution Team!
The key responsibilities of this position are:
- Financial Management: Process invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Budgeting and Reporting: Assist with budgeting and financial reporting including GST.
- Funding Support: Manage funding budgets and grant reporting.
- Administrative Assistance: Support the team with general administrative tasks.
This role is ideal for a contractor and has flexible hours combining remote and in-person work. You will need to be available one day a week at Richmond Community Garden to assist with operations.
The ideal candiate will have:
- Experience in accounting or financial administration.
- Familiarity with Xero or similar accounting software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for sustainability and community-driven initiatives.
