Free CPR and AED Course in Sumner
Come along to this Hato Hone St John’s 3 Steps for Life session in Sumner. This FREE one-hour workshop is designed to teach New Zealanders three simple but vital steps when someone goes into cardiac arrest:
- Call 111 and ask for an ambulance.
- Start CPR until help arrives.
- Use an AED (defibrillator) if one is available.
Date: Wednesday 3rd December 2025.
Time: 6 to 7pm.
Location: Matuku Takotako (14 Wakefield Avenue. Sumner).
Cost: FREE. 10 participants are need for the course to go ahead.
