Courses to help children and young people manage anxiety online
Anxiety NZ has created a series of courses aimed at helping tamariki, rangatahi and their whānau manage their anxiety online.
There are four workshops available designed for pre-teens, teenagers, young adults, and parents or caregivers. The workshops aim to develop digital fluency, balance and boost mental wellbeing while keeping rangatahi safe exploring the world using technology. They are hosted by Anxiety NZ’s loveable Smokey the cat and easy to complete on your own.
The FREE workbooks are printable at home and will equip you with the skills to manage anxiety in an online context.
