Theatre Performance classes from Many Hats Theatre Company
Would you like to gain a new skill, and apply yourself to some personal development?
Many Hats Theatre Company provide inclusive drama groups that create a performance environment for vulnerable adults and adults with disabilities who may never have had the opportunity to access and explore theatre as a way to express themselves and tell their stories.
There is currently a very special opportunity in Christchurch to be a part of an inclusive drama group offering a performance environment for adults with a physical disability. This is an opportunity to access and explore theatre as a way to express yourself and tell your story at no cost. This initiative is fully funded by the Ministry for Culture and Heritage.
The journey is enriching and confidence-boosting, facilitated by an experienced theatre actor and fully inclusive facilitator. In the context of a warm and welcoming environment, you will learn the dynamics of theatre, memory recall, and voice control techniques. By the end of your journey, you will be fully equipped to take part in a theatre play or performance.
The Many Hats Theatre is hosting this drama group for adults in the community with a physical disability.
