Online support group: Connecting through motherhood
Connect with other mums and bubs for informal discussions guided by a psychologist. This FREE six-week online series - starting on Wednesday 7th October 2026 - will explore topics that will help support you as you navigate motherhood. This group is open to mothers of babies under two years old.
Dates: Wednesdays from 7th October to 11th November 2026.
Time: 9.30 to 10.30am.
Location: Online.
Cost: FREE.
Research tells us that a support network is one of the strongest protective factors for maternal mental health. Each session will include discussion on a maternal mental health and wellbeing topic, with practical education, resources, and space to share weekly challenges and highlights.
Topics include:
- Why motherhood feels so heavy.
- An introduction to Matrescence.
- Parental sleep.
- Relationships and the mental load.
- Emotional regulation.
- Your evolving identity.
