Parenting can be really tough - but raising neurodivergent kids comes with extra challenges and requires a different kind of parenting to create a calm home. Join this FREE interactive workshop packed with practical strategies to help support your teens - with Educational and Developmental Psychologist Emma Read and Youth Tutor Sarah Matthews with lived experience.

Parents and caregivers will explore practical, strengths-based strategies to help your neurodivergent children to thrive at home. This workshop will also look at ways to better understand and respond to your child’s unique needs, including:
- modifying communication styles;
- building routines that work;
- boosting self-esteem; and
- creating calming, sensory-friendly spaces.
You’ll leave with a practical toolkit of techniques you can start using right away to support your child’s wellbeing and confidence. The goal of this session is to help you create a home environment where your child feels understood, valued, and empowered to be their authentic self.
