Skills-based Stress Course
How we manage stress and anxiety can significantly impact our health, our relationships, and our ability to function in this busy world.
This five-week, information-packed educational course covers what stress is and how it connects to the body. Facilitator Teresa educates on the different functions of the nervous system and how we can connect with our many senses to bring ourselves back when we are feeling stressed.
Dates: Mondays starting on 2nd March 2026 (5 weeks).
Time: 10am to noon.
Cost: $50 per person.
Self-worth One-Day Workshop
How’s your sense of self-worth, confidence, and self-esteem? Slippery? That certainly can make sense in the society we live in.
This session with Amber Fisher will explore the factors that lead us to question our self-worth and leave us feeling more aware and empowered.
Self-worth affects how we approach relationships, complete tasks, address challenges, and our overall mental health and well-being. So this session will help you strengthen your self-worth from the inside out.
Dates: Wednesday 4th March 2026.
Time: 10am to noon.
Cost: $25 per person.
Emotional freedom tapping One-Day Workshop
Emotional freedom tapping (EFT) is an alternative treatment for physical pain and emotional distress.
Learn from Sian about how EFT draws on the Chinese practice of acupressure and supports the nervous system via the body/mind/emotions to release stress.
Dates: Tuesday 10th March 2026.
Time: 10am to 11.30am.
Cost: $25 per person.
Family Dependence Trauma Course
Come along to this eight-week course for women who have grown up with parents or caregivers who have dependencies.
Facilitator Vicky-Ann clarifies and educates while providing space for reflection and healing interventions. Substance dependency and process dependency are looked at through the lens of “Little t Trauma” and how that has shaped childhood experiences and relationships.
Dates: Tuesdays starting on 17th March 2026 (8 weeks).
Time: 10am to noon.
Cost: $50 per person.
