Children and young people today are growing up in a more chaotic world then many of their proceeding generations. Uncertainty surrounding post pandemic changes, global warming, increasing international conflicts and the rise of AI and its influence on questioning what is real, compound the existing anxieties that are created from the global influences and challenges of social media and digital culture.
During this practical and insightful training Dr Emma Woodward will present a suite of ideas and techniques that have proven to be effective at cultivating hope, building emotional resilience and creating optimism in the face of chaos and unpredictability.
This training will be of benefit to all helping, support and education based professionals working at the frontline with children and young people.
