Knowing what to do when a young person becomes angry or upset is tough. Many parents and professionals encounter this but don’t know quite how to diffuse the situation. This practical workshop looks at how to help young people self-regulate, and how to de-escalate things when they 'blow'. Get tools for your tool kit on how to support a young person in distress.
