Movement and Music for Fun
As we grow older, it is important to maintain what we take for granted: flexibility, strength, balance, and range of movement. This class with Nicola Rooney helps address these areas.
There will be seated options, and modifications for injury and mobility limitations - so everyone can enjoy the benefits of movement, regardless of their energy levels on the day. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes that promote activity.
Date: Mondays from 14th October 2024 (6 sessions but no class on Labour Day - 28th October).
Time: 1 to 2pm.
Cost: $41 per person.
