Tell your stories during the Heritage Festival for a new podcast archive
The Canterbury WEA have a treasured history of adult education and activist support over the years and you may well be part of that. The WEA are working with Plains FM to record your stories and turn them into a podcast that will form part of their archives for future generations.
Come along and share your stories or anecdotes about WEA in your life through the years.
Dates: Friday 6th to Thursday 12th October 2023.
Time: 11am to 1pm.
Location: Canterbury WEA (59 Gloucester Street, Central City).
No registration required. However it will help if you contact CWEA beforehand (info[at]cwea.org.nz or 366 0285). Participants will be invited to an afternoon tea at a later date.
