Have your say on local sexual and reproductive health services
Rangatahi and young people aged 12 to 24 are invited to help improve sexual and reproductive health services in Waitaha/ Canterbury. The the Canterbury Clinical Network are interested in finding out how you currently access these services (if you do), what kinds of experiences you’ve had, and how you'd like to see things working in the future.
Give your feedback in this Youth health survey - open until Friday 2nd June 2023. The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete.
The survey is totally anonymous. The information will securely stored and will only be used to help improve the way sexual health services are provided to young people in Waitaha |Canterbury.

This survey is from the Canterbury Clinical Network - a group of health workers who provide a range of services in communities across the Waitaha | Canterbury region. They are currently working to make sexual health services better and more accessible for rangatahi/ young people.
