Join 350.org as they Zoom Niki Harré in for a talk about how we can empower communities to take action. Niki will discuss how to frame climate change and sustainability topics to empower people and communities and inspire action for a more sustainable future.

About the speaker, Niki Harré
Niki Harré is a professor at the University of Auckland specialising in community psychology and the psychology of sustainability. Her research addresses issues of sustainability, citizenship, values, and political activism.
In 2007 she co-edited the book "Carbon Neutral by 2020: How New Zealanders Can Tackle Climate Change". In 2011 (and then again in 2018) she published "Psychology for a Better World: Strategies to Inspire Sustainability".
