Recovery 24/7: Mondays from 2 to 3pm
This group is for people wanting to reduce harm associated with alcohol and drug use. The aim of the group is to educate on behaviours, attitudes and beliefs related to addiction and developing strategies for improved health and wellbeing.
This group is facilitated by Recovery 24/7.
Freedom From Gambling Harm: Tuesdays from noon to 1pm
This group is open to those affected by their own or someone else’s gambling. We will provide information, education and support for those wanting to reduce harm from gambling.

Relapse Prevention 101: Wednesdays from noon to 1pm
Identify triggers, early warning signs and high-risk situations that lead to relapsing. Talk with clinicians and those with a lived experience of problematic alcohol and drug use to construct a relapse prevention plan.

Supporting Family or Whānau Connect: Thursdays from noon to 10pm
This group provides both education and support options for family or whānau.
Explore next steps for linking family members with support and treatment options. This group is facilitated by Familial Trust.
Friday Group: Fridays from noon to 1pm
A peer led support group where people support each other in developing strategies and sharing experiences on staying safe around alcohol and other drugs.
