All Right? Digest: 14th May 2022
Kia ora. Try as we might, it's proving tricky to shake off this COVID thing... it seems like everywhere we look, at mahi, on socials, and even in dinner table conversations, COVID is hard to ignore.
While we can't do much about COVID's inability to take a hint and leave, we can choose to spend more of our time focusing on the things we can control. We can focus on hanging out with friends or whānau, getting outside for some fresh air or letting off some steam and learning a new TikTok dance (we're told Lizzo's new song is a bop!).
Making time for the things that make us feel good is always a good idea, especially if we're struggling with a bad dose of COVID fatigue.
Let's practise well-being and keep focusing on the good stuff!
