Fruit, Vegetables and Diet Score - Australian Report

Cover of the Fruit, Vegetables and Diet Score report.This report takes a deep-dive into the self-reported fruit, vegetable and juice consumption of 145,000 Australian adults. 

  • 24 percent of women and 15 percent of men are meeting the Australian fruit and vegetable guidelines.
  • The Australian guidelines recommend adults consume five servings of vegetables and legumes and two servings of fruit per day.
