Getting through together with All Right?
Kia ora. It's hard to believe how much our lives have changed in a week! We hope you've managed to have some happy moments in a week that has presented lots of challenges.
And if you're working in an essential role... thank you for all you're doing to keep Kiwis fed, healthy, connected and warm. Thanks for helping us get through.
We have just launched a new campaign to help New Zealanders look after their mental health and wellbeing during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Getting Through Together – Whāia E Tātou Te Pae Tawhiti is a joint campaign with the Mental Health Foundation of New Zealand, and will share tips and messaging designed to help Kiwis cope better and get through COVID-19.
It focuses on providing people with the tools they need to be able to manage their worries, look after their mental health and connect with loved ones, despite operating from their own bubbles.
We'll be sending you regular email updates on what the campaign is up to.
You can also follow progress on the All Right? Facebook page.
We'd love it if you downloaded an email banner to help us get our message out!
