Sport Canterbury.Sport Canterbury's Green Prescription offers Have a Go sessions - an opportunity for you to try out an activity you may not have tried before or perhaps are unsure about trying on your own (such as aqua jogging).

A Green Prescription team member will meet you at the Have a Go location, introduce you to the instructor, or demonstrate how to participate in the particular activity.

The activities chosen for Have a Go sessions are ongoing activities within your community, so you can continue to attend the particular activity after you have tried it in a Have a Go session.

Contact Anna Wilson at Sport Canterbury for more information or to register for a Have a Go session (03 373 5045 or anna.wilson[at]
